Realscape was recognized in 2006 by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation as an Awardee of the 21st Century Jobs Fund for Michigan developed Homeland Security Emergency Planning and Response Software.

The Department of Homeland Security has recognized the Realscape Emergency Management and Response Information System as promising Anti-Terrorism Technology and eligible for Certification under the Safety Act.

Realscape was selected in 2005 to participate in the development of the Emergency Risk Management System for the Detroit Public Schools.  Realscape has been an active participant in Homeland Security exercises such as Operation Perfect Game in downtown Detroit, and was an important component of security at both the All Stairs Game and WOrld Series in Detroit.

Subsequently, Realscape has developed comprehensive life safety and emergency response programs for major public venues including Comerica Park and Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, large commercial facilities such as One SeaGate in Toledo and critical infrastructure including courthouses.

Realscape has been developed to protect critical infrastructure, minimized damage to physical assets and assist in the preservation of life safety when deployed during emergency or critical situations, together with being an instrumental tool in the daily operation of buildings and businesses.
